Expression of Interest are invited for Below The Line (BTL) Marketing for Mobile Money Services- Sudan - Bahri City and the North East States. The International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, is an international organization whose mission is to promote sustainable private sector investment in developing countries, helping to reduce poverty and improve people's lives. IFC aims to support early-stage interventions in a small number of challenging markets to encourage the development of Digital Financial Services (DFS) and to contribute to the global knowledge base for DFS. IFC is seeking to recruit a firm to undertake customer acquisition activities in Bahri City and the North East States (River Nile, Northern, Red Sea, Kassala, and Gadaref) through below-the-line marketing for a mobile network operator (MNO) in Sudan. The product of focus is mobile money. The firm will work in close collaboration with the mobile money team based in Khartoum, Sudan, and the IFC Project Leader and resident advisor, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and Khartoum, Sudan respectively.
