Expression of Interest "Request for the submission of Application for Prequalification for the Provision of Construction Contractor Services"The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Sudan country office is intending to implement multiple construction and rehabilitation projects. Most of the construction and extension of UNICEF's activities engaged in are in Sudan states. To ensure efficient implementation of all UNICEF projects with line of engineering and UNICEF standard.UNICEF is planning to contract the services of reputable National Construction Contracting Firms to perform the construction, rehabilitation, extension and maintenance works on behalf of UNICEF. National Construction Contracting Firms duly registered in Sudan are invited to apply. The expected services from the construction contracting firms included but not limited to,Construction of new buildings.Rehabilitation of Existing damaged buildings in various scales.Building extensions (horizontal and vertical)Fit-Out construction, functional space upgrade Projects. Conduct required maintenance for operational buildings.
