- Quotation are invited for Medical Insurance Service Quantity: Staff + Wife/husband + 3 children Maximum age: 18 Unit Individual and Family Mandatory validity of your offer: 12 Months The Candidate must submit an offer for all services listed above. The Contracting Authority has the right to modify the list of products. The present document does not commit WHH to any obligation. Localities - North Darfur, Kassala, Gedaref and Red Sea The offer should include: All proposed quotations should be accompanied with detailed and comprehensive information on the following: • Health Insurance Schemes • Covered service/Benefit • Health Network/Health Providers (List of Healthcare centers inkhartou, North Dafur, Kassala, Gedaref and Port Sudan) • Exclusion lists • Number of sessions per benefit per annum • Age limit • Number of beneficiaries per annum • Status of beneficiary (Individual/Family) • Group Life insurance (in case of death of deformity) • Property insurance service Duration of Contract: The estimated duration of the contract proposed by Welthungerhilfe shall be a maximum of 365 days from the time of signing the contract and starting the services.
