- Individual Consultancy Services Invitation to Submit an Offer as a National Individual consultant to strengthen Civil Society Organizations (CSO) engagement in the GC7 grant making process, focusing on CSOs supporting Human Rights and GBV in Sudan. Procurement reference No: GF/IC/23/017 The UnitedNations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Office Sudan is currently implementing a Global Fund HIV and TB grant that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in this document and in the attached TORs. The National consultant shall work with the Federal Ministry of Health, Disease Control Directorate, National HIV and TB programmes and stakeholders of Civil Society Organizations (CSO) in Sudan to strengthen Civil Society Organizations (CSO) engagement in the GC7 grant making process for the year 2024 to 2026, focusing on CSOs supporting Human Rights and GBV in Sudan. The consultant shall be based in Khartoum Sudan, with no envisaged travel to the State. Period of assignment/services is for 75 working days, estimated to start in April till August 2023, subject to the date of contract signing and revision in the implementation schedule. Proposal should besubmitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
