Dear BiddersThe International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed :Through its PROSPECTS Programme, the ILO intends to conduct a Training of Implementing partners, Government and community stakeholders in Kassala and White Nile on improving working conditions of FDPs and host communities. The main objective of this TOR is to recruit an individual National consultant support the roll-out of the DW and ILS training in Kassala and White Nile States, and a sensitization forum in refugee camps. The international consultants will work closely with the ILO PROSPECTS team and The Ministry of Human Resource and Social Welfare in Sudan to ensure the training is successfully delivered. Specifically, the trainer will;• Deliver interactive training sessions on DW and ILS tailored to the displacement context.• Build the capacity of up to 25 participants per state (government officials, implementing partners, workers'/employers' representatives).• Facilitate sensitization forums in refugee camps to raise awareness of labour rights and responsibilities among FDPs.• Support development of action plans and practical recommendations to integrate DW and ILS into local interventions.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel cost will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the d...
