- General Procurement Notice for Procurement Integrated Management Information System Software to Support the National Health Insurance Fund (Mis-Nhif) - International Competitive Bidding (ICB). A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of SDG 5,000 (Five Thousand Sudanese Pounds) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be through office: The Building Capacity for Inclusive Service Delivery (BCISD) Project. Upon request, bidding documents may be sent by courier service at the recipient-s expense. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 01:00 PM (Sudan Time) on Thursday 22 July 2021 Bids must be secured by a Bid Security in the amount of SDG 1,100,000 (One Million and One Hundred Thousand) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders- representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 01:00 PM (Sudan Time) on Thursday 22 July 2021.
