- 1.1 The UNPD Global Procurement Support Section, Entebbe (PD/GPSS), on behalf of the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA), hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their Expression of Interest for the Provision of Catering Concession Services to UNISFA in Kadugli, Sudan.1.2. UNISFA seeks to establish a contract for the provision of Catering Services for National Monitors of the Republic of Sudan and the Republic of South Sudan, Military & Civilian International Staff and National Staff at Kadugli, Sudan.1.2.1. The Contract will be for an initial term of two (02) years with a further possible extension of three (03) successive one-year periods (i.e. 2+1+1+1 years) at the sole discretion of the UN.1.2.2. The vendor will provide buffet and a la carte menu.1.2.3. The average number of staff located in the Kadugli Camp is as follows:National Monitors: 40 International Staff: 15National Staff: 331.2.4. The Mission will pay only the cost of feeding National Monitors three buffet meals a day, based on a Monthly Invoice.1.2.5.
