- The United Nations Interim Security Force in Abyei (UNISFA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the Provision of Catering Services at its location in Kadugli, Sudan Description of General Requirements:1. UNISFA is looking to establish a Contract with a qualified service provider for the provision of Catering Services at its location in Kadugli, Sudan. 2. The catering services shall include:2.1 Provision of breakfast2.2 Provision of a three (3) course open buffet at lunch time and dinner time including a soft drink or glass of fresh juice or bottle of water.2.3 Provision of an à la carte, café and snack menu for all meals2.4 Small snacks such as prepared sandwiches, salads and a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, cakes, coffee and tea during and outside normal mealtimes on a cash basis.2.5 Provision of café services (tea, coffee, fresh juice, pastries, cakes, assorted snacks and non-alcoholic cold beverages) in the UNISFA passenger lounge at its Air Terminal 2.6 Provision of catering services for UNISFA conferences, events and parties booked by UNISFA or its Personnel for special occasions with a 48-hour notice.
