Description: The United Nations Interim Force for Abyei (UNISFA), seeks suitable satellite phone service providers for the provision of satellite Mobile Phones services to support its mandated operational requirements within areas of Abyei Administrative Area, Sudan and South Sudan.The Service Provider should be able to provide the satellite phone sets [BGAN and Thuraya] as required by UNISFA.For the provision of BGAN SAT Phone Services:I. Service providers should have the capacity to provide UNISFA with an initial allotment of 30 postpaid. The SIM cards are to be provided at zero cost to UNISFA and should be delivered Duty Unpaid (DAP) - UNISFA Entebbe Support Base (INCOTERMS 2010). II. By default the SIM cards to be supplied must have Voice &Data access.
