Description: UNITAMS is seeking to enter a Third-Party Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Contract for an initial period of 2 (two) years with the option of extensions for 2 (two) by 12 (twelve) months period each (2+1+1), subject to availability of funds, extension of UNITAMS mandate and satisfactory performance of the Contractor.The Third Party Liability Insurance shall cover every indemnity claim for damage caused by the use of a vehicle/equipment against which UNITAMS is required to insure according to the current Sudan traffic law, including (but not limited to) third party death, personal injury, loss of income resulting from injury and property damage, medical care (transportation related to medical care and follow-up medical care), loss of use of a vehicle/equipment, car rental, loss of income and any other reasonable cost directly related to the accident for which a claim is submitted to UNITAMS.
