- 1. The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) is seeking qualified and experienced companies to establish a Longterm Agreement for testing the quality of drinking water and the quality of treated wastewater from its various camps and Mission work locations. The aim is to ensure the supplied drinking water meets World Health Organization (WHO) standards for drinking water and to ensure that the generated treated wastewater effluent does not harm the environment.2. Vendors who have the capacity to provide the mentioned services are encourged to submittheir expression of interest (EOI) by the closing date of 03 January 2023.NOTE:3. Submission of the EOI does not constitute an obligation by the United Nations to include your company in this specific procurement exercise, neither does it assure that a respective tender exercise will be undertaken in due course.4. Vendors currently registered at basic level in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) are encouraged to proceed and submit requirements for level 1 registration. 5. To be awarded a contract, a vendor must be registered with the UN Secretariat through the UNGM.
