Description: The WFP - Sudan - Khartoum seeks to hire the services of individual researchers / group of individual researcher / companies / organizations / universities to conduct an operational research in Kassala under the Stunting Prevention project. Stunting Prevention: WFP is implementing a stunting prevention project in Kassala and Gedaref and has treatment and prevention activities being conducted. The main focus is to identify the impact of prevention activities i.e. Food Based Prevention of Malnutrition provided to children under 5 years and Pregnant and Lactating Women (PLW) on different health and nutrition indicators. A brief concept note on the activity is provided along with the expression of interest for your information. The study needs to cover the 1000 days window of opportunity.
