- Description LRPS2024-9189174 to Set-up and provision of Complaints and Feedback mechanism channels and solutions in Port Sudan, covering all Sudan for UNICEF Sudan Country Office Background In this regard, UNICEF Sudan Country Office has started with its CFM channel “CFM center or call center” since July 2023 and is working on sustaining it to be operationalized and available for the communities. The CFM center is delivered throughout the outsourcing a provider who delivers the solution for different CFM channels including call center activities regarding set-up, provision of needed equipment, recruitment and operation.
