Description:
1. The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) is seeking qualified and experienced companies to supply and deliver Desert/Water Coolers for UNISFA guard posts and tents during the dry season.2. Vendors who have the capacity to supply the above equipment are encourged to submittheir expression of interest (EOI) by the closing date of 14 November 2025 .3. NOTE:Submission of the EOI does not constitute an obligation by the United Nations to include your company in this specific procurement exercise, neither does it assure that a respective tender exercise will be undertaken in due course. 4. To be awarded a contract or purchase order, a vendor must be registered with the UN Secretariat through the UNGM.Specific Requirements/Information5. The equipment to be provided includes:.a) Desert Cooler (40L water tank capacity): Includes honeycomb cooling media, 3-speed settings, water level indicator, manual water inlet or hose connection, covers an area of 30-40 m2, 220V-240V, 90W power.b) Desert Cooler (80L water tank capacity): Includes honeycomb cooling media, 3-speed settings, water level indicator, manual water inlet or hose connection, covers an area of 60-80 m2, 220V-240V, 90W power. 6. Details of the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the successfully invited companies.
