- Tenders are invited for Supply of Hygiene Kits. Content of bid documents: • Notice and General Conditions • Instruction to Bidders • Bid summary form. • Welthungerhilfe Supplier declaration. • Submission form. • Technical Work Specification and Procedures. • Form of Bank Guarantee for equivalent of 20 % or less of the total value of the quoted. • Form of Declaration. • Form of information of the bidder • Annex-Bill of Quantities (BoQ). Important Dates: Welthungerhilfe will strictly observe the following important dates to guarantee timely delivery of these items to the beneficiaries. Potential bidders are also expected to strictly observe this timeline; failure to do so may automatically lead to disqualification from participation in the tender competition process. Important Notice: For any clarification regarding the content of the bid document or the nature of the bid, the bidder should contact only below listed contact persons during the working hours between 8.30 AM -2.00 PM Sudan time. The bidder should NOTE that the decision to award a contract will be based on thorough evaluation of the bids submitted by a competent tender committee constituted by Welthungerhilfe. Ordering Party: Welthungerhilfe P.O. Box 1547, Street 25, Block 12HE, House 8 Al Amarat, Khartoum Remarks and Special Conditions: • No special remarks are required. • The technical specification and quality must be in line with the specification stated in this bidding document (annex VIII BOQ). • Bidders are required to provide their offers by filling out the BOQ provided (Annex VIII -BoQ). • In case of an alternative to the technical specification made, this will be clearly documented and discussed with the selected bidder by WHH. Prices quoted in this tender by the bidder are fixed and cannot be changed over the contract period and is guaranteed by the contracted company. The bidder is to also provide supporting documents detailing previous experience in conducting successful deliveries to humanitarian agencies such as the UN, INGOs, NNGOs or government institutions over the last period of not more than three years. The unit prices quoted should be inclusive of items, loading cost at the point of dispatch, transportation, profit, cost for bank guarantee and taxes.
