- Tenders are invited for Supply of Two (2) Lots of Solar Lights in North Darfur, Kassala & Gedaref. Documents: The following documents must be submitted before tender closing: ▪ Financial offer for Solar Lights Construction as per Annex VII - BoQ ▪ Detailed work plan/calendar ▪ List of all tools and equipment to be used. ▪ List of staff and qualifications ▪ Valid Tax Clearance certificate for 2021 by Government of Sudan ▪ Business/company and all relevant documents issued by the government of Sudan. ▪ Company profile and licence/permit for Solar Lights construction in Sudan ▪ List of references or letters of recommendation of similar works for the past one to two years, including valid email addresses, mobile phone numbers, others. ▪ Annex I - Welthungerhilfe Declaration form ▪ Annex II - Submission form ▪ Confirmation and signature on all pages of Annex VII - BoQ for construction included in this tender document. ▪ Annex V - Completed declaration form by the bidder. ▪ Annex VI - Form of information of the contractor.
